Chiropractic Care in Rolla, MO
At Chiropractic & Spinal Rehab LLC, Dr. Aaron Heitman and Dr. Alex Heitman provide individualized, hands-on chiropractic care for patients in Rolla and the surrounding communities.
We believe chiropractic care should be based on the individual. Our doctors use specific spinal and extremity adjusting techniques based on your examination findings, condition, comfort, and treatment needs. Your chiropractic examination and adjustments are performed by one of our chiropractors, with support from our experienced and professional staff.
Your First Visit
Your first visit includes an in-depth, one-on-one evaluation with one of our chiropractors. We typically allow approximately 45 minutes to one hour for an initial visit so we have time to listen to your concerns, review your health history, perform an appropriate examination, and discuss our findings and recommendations with you.
Our office also has on-site X-ray capabilities. When X-rays are clinically appropriate, they can assist our doctors in evaluating your condition and developing an appropriate treatment plan.
Our goal is to provide conservative care that is specific to your needs while helping you improve mobility, function, and comfort.

Hands-On Chiropractic Adjustments
We provide specific hands-on chiropractic adjustments tailored to the individual patient.
Not every patient requires the same type of adjustment. Our doctors consider your examination findings, age, comfort level, previous injuries, and overall condition when determining which chiropractic technique may be appropriate for you.
Our goal is to provide careful, individualized treatment rather than using the same approach for every patient.
Flexion-Distraction Therapy
Our office is equipped with specialized flexion-distraction tables. Flexion-distraction is a gentle, controlled treatment technique commonly used for certain low back, disc, and spinal conditions.
The table allows the doctor to apply controlled movement and gentle distraction to specific areas of the spine. When appropriate, this technique may be incorporated into your treatment plan along with chiropractic adjustments, exercises, and other supportive care.
